Nigerian Economic Summit Group Unveils New logo

The Nigerian Economic Summit Group, NESG, has unveiled a new logo ahead of its twenty-fifth summit in October.

NESG is a private sector led think-tank organization that promotes sustainable growth and development in the Nigerian Economy that is globally competitive.

At the event in Ikoyi, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Laoye Jaiyeola, said there was need for the country to have a prospective long term vision to stabilize the economy with a call on Nigerians especially youths which constitute the largest percentage of the nation’s population to be the change agents the nation require to attain greatness

Describing the new logo, the Chairman Media and Publicity Committee, Mr Udeme Ufot, said it represented the value of sustainable economic growth, innovation and globalization that NESG had been associated with.

The logo which has a blue crest and arrow in the global topography represent the trajectory that the Nigerian Economy needs to attain for the survival and happiness of its citizens

Our Correspondent Yemisi Dada reports that the NESG twenty-fifth summit which will hold in Abuja on October 8 and 9, has as its theme Nigeria 2050: Shifting Gears.
